Q : How do I know my credit card information is not being transmitted to other people?

A: When you enter your credit card information through our online payment gateway, the credit card information gets encrypted and is sent directly to a merchant system via secure server that is connected to your credit card's bank, which then verifies all of the information you entered.  If the information matched, your credit card is charged according to your order, and transferred into our merchant service account.  At no time does any other person have any of your credit card information.   We use Cybersource as our online payment gateway, which is the leader in secure online payments, as well complying with all identity regulations.  Secure websites will always have the starting url as https:// and you will notice a padlock on the lower RH side of your Internet Explorer page :

Q : What is the CCVN and why do you request it?

A: The CCVN (Credit Card Verification Number) is the 3 or 4 digit number located on your credit card.  The CCVN is NOT your PIN# or secret code, just a number printed on your card.  The CCVN changes when the bank issues you a new car, it is specific to your credit card.  The CCVN is not found on your statement, just your card.  The purpose of this number is to (1) ensure that you, the cardholder, has the card in your possession, and not using information off a bank statement, (2) ensure that the card is valid (incorrect CCVNs indicate a fraudulent card).  Sample locations of your CCVN are shown below.

Visa and Mastercard credit cards have a 3-digit number near the signature slot. American Express credit cards have a 4-digit number near the signature slot.

Q : What is Paypal?

A : Paypal is an online payment system that allows you to transfer funds from your credit card, bank account, or Paypal account into our merchant account.  Similar to an online Payment gateway, but Paypal requires you to register your information with them.  At NO time does Paypal share any personal information with us, only your address and amount being transferred.   For more information on Paypal, visit www.paypal.com

Q : I am having problems changing my shipping address?

A : We currently do not allow users to change their shipping address.  We ONLY ship items to the cardholders billing address.  If you need your item shipped somewhere other than the credit card billing address, you will not be able to pay using a credit card, and will need to find another way to pay for your items, such as COD or pre-payment via money order or bank wire.  This is a policy of this company as to avoid fraudulent credit card orders.

Q : My credit card was declined, what do I do?

A :
If your credit card was declined, no money has been transferred.  Declined results can be as simple as you entering a wrong number, an expired card, an improper CCV number or incorrect billing address.   Other possibilities could be that you exceeded your credit limit, charged too many items in a 24-hour period, or the bank declined the transaction for other reasons.  You should always contact the customer service # on the back of you card when you receive any declined transaction.
