SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed on our website must be shipped to your credit card billing address. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have a RR/FM address, PO Box, APO/FPO address, you must select USPS as your shipping option. FedEx will not deliver to any of the forementioned addresses. At this time, our only offered shipping services are USPS 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. FedEx Express services are not offered, however, certain products are shipped FedEx Express at our option. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, however, backorders or special-order products may take longer. Orders over $250 require a signature for delivery at our discretion. PAYMENT POLICY
For internet orders, we accept most major credit cards and Paypal, at which shipping is only available for the card/Paypal billing address. For automotive service and repair, most major credit cards, company checks and cash are accepted (ID is required). Paypal and personal checks are not accepted for in-person transactions. Online orders placed using inaccurate, incorrect, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent information are automatically declined without warning.
SALES TAX
All orders shipped inside Florida, all orders picked up, all services offered are charged 6% Florida State Sales Tax. Florida resale certificates must be presented at the time of sale for sales tax exempt status. Tax exempt sales require an annual resale certificate each year.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 30 days of order placement. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Only unopened and unused items can be returned for a refund. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used as originally purchased. Returns must be shipped prepaid by the buyer. Items being returned for postage due may be refused. Refused orders are automatically charged any return shipping charges incurred. Damaged returns are not accepted nor refunded. Electrical items are not returnable under any circumstances.
WARRANTY
All products carry the manufacturer warranties. Some manufactures require you register your product to receive the warranty. Some manufacturers require the product to be returned to the manufacturer. Always contact us or the manufacturer prior to returning an item under warranty. If a product does not work, please contact us or the manufacturer to ensure the product is defective. Many problems with parts is incorrect diagnostic, improper installation or ordering the wrong item. We are here to help.
