The clamp is stainless steel. These quality v-bands are centering style, 1 side is male and 1 side is female (female side has o-ring to seal), for perfect mating together and to prevent the system from moving. Sold as 1 kit (2 flanges and 1 band). This listing is for a 4.00" OD diameter pipe (view our listings for other sizes).
